Overview

Welcome to RestFoldChair. In these Terms, “RestFoldChair,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to RestFoldChair. We run this online store and website, including all of its information, content, tools, products and services (together, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify.

By visiting, browsing or buying from our website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our Services.

Section 1: Using Our Site and Your Account

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use it.

To place an order, we may ask for your email address, shipping address, billing address and payment details. You agree that the information you give us is accurate, complete and up to date.

You are responsible for all activity on your account. Your account can’t be transferred, sold or given to anyone else.

Section 2: Our Products

RestFoldChair sells foldable reclining chairs with wheels and footrests, made for comfort, easy transport, outings, walks and everyday trips.

We work to describe our products accurately, but please keep in mind:

  • Comfort, ease of use and overall experience vary from person to person.
  • We don’t guarantee any particular result, level of mobility, comfort or experience.
  • Colors, materials and finishes may differ slightly because of manufacturing or your screen settings.
  • Product photos and videos are for illustration and may show accessories or uses that aren’t included with your purchase.

We may limit purchase quantities, change product features, specifications, descriptions or prices, and discontinue products at any time without notice.

Section 3: Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy our products. Your order is accepted only once your payment has been authorized and you’ve received an order confirmation email.

We may cancel any order because of incorrect or incomplete information, suspected fraud or unauthorized activity, obvious pricing, stock or system errors, or product availability or shipping problems. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.

Section 4: Prices and Payment

Prices may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout when you place it.

Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include local taxes, customs duties, import taxes, or customs clearance or handling fees. Where these apply, they are the customer’s responsibility.

Section 5: Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by things outside our control, including carriers, customs, weather, public holidays, high shipping volume and other unexpected events. An order marked “Delivered” by the carrier is considered delivered. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Section 6: Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, photos, videos, logos, graphics, trademarks, icons and designs, belongs to RestFoldChair or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, share, modify or otherwise use any of it without our written permission.

Section 7: Third-Party Tools and Services

Our website may include tools or services provided by other companies. These are provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for interruptions, changes or failures caused by them.

Section 8: Shopify

Our store runs on Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for our products, shipping, delivery times, warranty claims, returns, refunds, customer support or any product-related claims. Please direct all questions about your purchase to RestFoldChair.

Section 9: Safe Use and Responsibility

RestFoldChair chairs are foldable reclining chairs made for comfort and easy transport during outings, walks and outdoor activities. You are responsible for using the chair correctly and following all instructions for use and care that come with it.

For safe use:

  • Fully unfold the chair and make sure it is locked and stable before sitting down.
  • Place the chair on flat, firm, stable ground before sitting down or getting up.
  • Don’t exceed the maximum weight limit listed on the product page or in the instructions.
  • Use the seat belt, if included, whenever someone is seated.
  • Keep hands and fingers clear of hinges and folding parts when opening or closing the chair to avoid pinching.
  • Lock the wheels, where available, before sitting down or getting up.
  • Don’t use the chair on stairs, escalators, steep slopes, roads or in traffic.
  • Don’t use it as a vehicle seat or for transport inside a moving vehicle.
  • Don’t stand on the chair or use it as a ladder or step stool.
  • Check the chair regularly, and stop using it right away if you notice damage, cracks, loose parts, wear or anything not working properly.

Some users may need help using the chair because of age, health or mobility. We recommend that someone assist whenever the user needs help sitting, standing or being moved. Never leave the chair unattended while someone is seated in it.

RestFoldChair is not responsible for:

  • Misuse or careless use
  • Use beyond the weight limit or the product’s intended purpose
  • Damage from impacts, falls, accidents or rough handling
  • Damage from moisture, rust, rain, salt water or extreme temperatures
  • Repairs or modifications made by anyone other than us
  • Use on unsuitable ground, stairs or slopes
  • Injuries caused by not following the safety instructions

RestFoldChair chairs are not medical devices. They are not wheelchairs, mobility aids, patient transport equipment or therapeutic devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. If you have health or mobility concerns, speak with a qualified healthcare professional before using this product.

Section 9.1: Folding Frame, Wheels and Care

Your chair has a folding frame, locking parts and wheels that need to be handled correctly to work safely and reliably. To keep it in good condition:

  • Fully unfold and lock the chair before every use.
  • Check the frame, hinges, wheels and seat belt before each use.
  • Clean the fabric with a damp cloth and mild soap. Don’t use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Let the chair dry completely before folding and storing it.
  • Store it somewhere dry, away from moisture and direct heat.
  • Don’t modify, drill, weld or try to repair the frame or its parts yourself.
  • Don’t use the chair if it shows visible damage or isn’t working properly.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by exceeding the weight limit, impacts, falls or rough handling, water, moisture, rust or extreme conditions, unauthorized repairs or modifications, use other than the intended purpose, normal wear, or cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect how the chair works. If something isn’t working right, stop using the chair and contact us before using it again.

Section 10: Errors and Omissions

We may correct errors, inaccuracies or missing information in prices, product descriptions, images, availability, technical details or promotions. Orders affected by obvious errors may be cancelled.

Section 11: Prohibited Uses

You may not use this website for illegal activity, fraud, identity theft or impersonation, infringing intellectual property rights, uploading malicious software, gaining unauthorized access to our systems, or anything meant to disrupt how the website works.

Section 12: Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Apart from the limited warranty described in our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy, we don’t guarantee:

  • That the website will always run without interruption or be available at all times
  • That it will work on every device
  • That the chair will fit or suit every user, body type or situation
  • That the chair will improve anyone’s mobility, independence or lifestyle
  • Any particular level of comfort or satisfaction

Section 13: Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, RestFoldChair is not liable for:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages from using the product
  • Financial or business losses
  • Damages from improper use
  • Shipping delays or problems caused by third parties

You agree to protect and hold harmless RestFoldChair, Shopify, and our employees, contractors, suppliers and affiliates from any claims arising from your misuse of this website, your breach of these Terms, or improper use of products bought from us.

Section 15: Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the place where you live.

Section 16: Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy, are the entire agreement between you and RestFoldChair about using our website and buying our products.

Section 17: Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on our website and, unless the law requires otherwise, apply only to purchases made after the update is posted.
